Mr. Lee received his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1989 with graduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he made the National Collegiate Dean's List as a four-year football letterman. He spent 10 years with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) as a Senior Civil Design Engineer before founding ITNOA.
His 36+ years of design and construction experience spans custom homes and religious facilities, structural steel and concrete design, post-tensioning of concrete gravity dams, slope stability on earth dams and levees, retaining walls, and environmental services — engineering depth few builders can match.
